2024 GSHPA – Charity Dinner

This year, we’re dedicating our Gala Charity Dinner to supporting the Alzheimer’s Society, an organisation playing a crucial role in battling Alzheimer’s disease and supporting those affected.

We’re thrilled to host this unforgettable evening at the Slate Function Room at Warwick University, renowned for its exquisite setting and facilities.

The festivities kick off at 6:30 pm with our esteemed celebrity host, Colin Manford, returning by popular demand to guide us through a night of glamour and giving. The evening promises a cornucopia of delights with a welcome drink upon arrival, a lavish four-course dinner, and a myriad of entertainment options. Try your luck at our casino tables, capture memories at the photo booth, test your aim at the Clayzer Shooting Range, challenge your reflexes at Batak Attack, and dance the night away with our DJ.

GSHPA 2024 Charity Dinner Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions
By purchasing tickets for the GSHPA 2024 Charity Dinner, attendees agree to the following terms and conditions:

Refund Policy:
No Refunds After 1st July: Tickets purchased for the GSHPA 2024 Charity Dinner are refundable until the 1st of July, 2024. After this date, all ticket sales are final, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellation by Attendee: Attendees who wish to cancel their tickets and receive a refund must do so before the 1st of July, 2024. Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the event organisers via the contact email provided upon ticket purchase.

Ticket Transfer:
Transferring Tickets: If you are unable to attend the Charity Dinner and have missed the refund deadline, you are permitted to transfer your ticket to another individual. Please notify the event organisers of the transfer, including the full name and contact details of the new attendee, by 10th August 2024
General Terms:
Right of Admission Reserved: The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder for reasons that include, but are not limited to, the safety and comfort of other attendees. This may include actions deemed disruptive or inappropriate during the event.

Event Changes or Cancellation: In the unlikely event of significant changes to the Charity Dinner or its cancellation, the organisers will endeavour to inform ticket holders at the earliest opportunity. Options regarding ticket transfers or other compensatory measures will be provided based on the specific circumstances.

Data Protection: By purchasing a ticket to the GSHPA 2024 Charity Dinner, attendees consent to the collection and use of their personal information for purposes related to event organisation and communication of future GSHPA events and updates. All personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
