Key Note Speech to be delivered by GSHPA Chair

We are delighted that our Chair, Laura Bishop will be delivering a Key Note speech to the delegates of the International Conference on Evolving Cities on the 14th July.
The event takes place at the University of Southampton, 13 – 15 July 2022 and is a Hybrid conference.
The Conference will address the important issues related to cities, their evolution and the major role they can play in tackling climate crisis as highlighted on the Glasgow Climate pact, be it through infrastructure, energy, data or carbon. ICEC 2022 will also discuss these topics in the context of the upcoming COP27 conference in Egypt which aims to move from agreements and pledges to solutions and implementation on the ground, through emissions reduction, scaled-up adaptation efforts and enhanced flows of appropriate finance.
